Q: What is necessary to start trading forex with FXNitro?
A: The basic: A computer with an internet connection.

Q: What trading software do I need to run FXNitro?
A: The FXNitro was designed to work under Metatrader platform. This platform is offered by many forex
brokers for free.

Q: Do I need to be in front of computer to follow my trades?
A: No, the FXNitro works automatically and don't need human intervention. You do not need to monitor FXNitro trades if you don"t have time. FXNitro will monitor all its trades, opening and closing orders;
however, it is necessary to keep Metatrader on.

Q: What is your recommendation?
A: First, you should try the FXNitro in demo account to check if your broker is compatible or has a good performance.

Q: Any recommendation on which brokers to use?
A: We recommend Tadawul/ATCBroker/MBTrading. We are using FXNitro in our real account at Tadawu; however, there are a lot of broker with spread more cheaper than Tadawul. We like the refreshquotes they have; it's very fast and convenient.

Q: Can I run more than 1 EA at the same account?
A: YES. However, FXNitro will just monitor its orders (ie, all orders opened by FXNitro).

Q: Is it difficult to setup FXNitro?
A: Of course, not! You'll receive all instrunctions in step by step format, showing how to install and configurate it.

Q: How much money do I need to start trading with FXNitro?
A: $500 is suficient; however, we know that is imposssible to make a living with the profit from  $500.
Start an account with $500 and when you start feeling more comfortable, increase the amount.

Q: What time frame and currency does FXNitro work?
A: FXNitro works at 15 minutes (time frame) and was designed to work on EURCHF.

Q: I expect FXNitro to be very profitable but in case for whatever reason it isn't and I wish to have a refund, will I have to send screen shots, print outs, etc?
A: No, refund will be refunded and no questions asked.

Q: Is there some support way?

Q: Please give me an instruction on how do install FXNitro in step by step format.
A: You will be receiving instructions via email but if in case you haven't received it, here it is. Go to http://www.fxnitro.com/members/management/ and log in with your email address and your receipt number to download everything you need, including user manual and installation guide.

Q: What is the difference between version v2.81 and v3.0?
A: We did a lot of tests and we've created a new strategy based on trend. It is an SCALPER; however, it ALWAYS look for the trend in long terms (1 hour or 4 hours).

Q: Any suggestion on which broker to use?
A: Tadawul, MBTrading, ATCBrokers. However, if you will use more than $50,000 dollars then we recommend Citi or Deutsche bank using bridge.

Q: Will FXNitro work on either 4 or 5 digit MT4 platforms?
A: Yes. It will automatically adjust.

Q: How much is the % risk used for trades?
A: I, PARTICULARLY, use between 0.05% and 0.10% from the equity for each trade. I don’t recommend to use more than this % due the “margin call. Please check the calculation of “margin call” used by your broker.

Q: Can I use FXNitro on more than one trading account?
A: After the payment, you will receive a Serial Number exclusively for your one account number. If you need for more than account let us discuss.

Q: Can I use FXNitro in the same account using other EAs?
A: Yes but you must set the MagicNumbers to different ones. For instance, if one EA has magic number 999 and the other 999, they will interfere with each other.

Q: Can I use FXNitro with different computers?
A: It will work with upto two different MAC addresses, meaning you can use it in two machines.

Q: How long does the demo last? Which pair should it work on?
A: It will last forever with EURCHF. When you download the installation and user’s guide, you’ll find all the info there.

Q: How come backtest result does not look the same?
A: The problem with backtests is that it is very data dependent, depending on the data and the quality of the data you use, you get different results. Detailed instruction on how you can get good data is at http://fxnitro.com/backtest.html

Q: What would be an average amount of trades in a normal week?
A: It depends. It varies from 0 to 20, HOWEVER , remember, FXNitro just entry in good oportunities. It isn't a kind of Forex Robot that shoots a lot of orders without logic. It isn't for gamblers, it is for traders.

Q: You said that it should trade between 0-20 trades a week, but I haven't seen a signle trade in past couple of days.
A: Sometimes happens. It requires some "signal" of the volatility in the markets, and sometimes days can be pretty quiet.

Q: What is the maximal spread required for a good performance?
A: 3 or less. It's the reason why you should look for brokers that offers good spreads in EURCHF pair.
